1. Purchases and Studio use are governed by the Terms of Service

These Terms of Use govern browsing the Site only. All bookings, purchases, memberships, packages, lessons, gift purchases, and any access to or use of the Scratx studio — whether made through the website or the app — are governed exclusively by the Scratx Terms of Service, which are presented at the time of purchase and available at scratxgolf.com/terms-of-service. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Terms of Service with respect to a purchase, booking, membership, or Studio use, the Terms of Service control.

2. Use of the Site

• You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or copy Site content by automated means; interfere with the Site's operation or security; attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization; or use the Site to transmit malware or unsolicited communications.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising solely under these Terms of Use shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Disputes relating to purchases, bookings, memberships, or Studio use are governed by the Terms of Service, including its dispute resolution and arbitration provisions.
